Uninstalling the old ViewIQ version #
- In the Windows search bar, type “Add or remove programs” and open these settings
- Search for ViewIQ
- Click on the three dots and then select Uninstall
- The ViewIQ uninstaller should now open
- Follow the instructions, but when the following window opens, select Yes (it may be hidden behind the installer window)
- This ensures that the previous configuration is fully removed before installing the new version
- Complete the uninstallation
Installing the new version of ViewIQ #
- Run the ViewIQ-Setup-x.x.x.exe installer
- Follow all instructions
- When the installer closes, run ViewIQ from the newly created desktop icon
