Logging In #

To log into your ViewIQ account, visit https://myxraydose.com/my-account/

Enter your credentials or create a new account. Upon logging in, you will be greeted by the dashboard:

Here you can view the status of your subscription. If you do not yet have a subscription, or wish to purchase another copy of ViewIQ, you can do this by visiting the Shop

Viewing Status Updates #

ViewIQ regularly sends updates to the website on startup or login. These contain information on the success or failure of applying calibration look-up-tables, the state of monitor settings (whether or not a user has adjusted these), as well as notifying of any driver version changes. To view these updates, visit the Status Report section

To view additional information, click on the link for a computer:

Any errors encountered by that workstation will be included in the log.

Managing Licenses #

You can view all of your licenses and their status under Manage Licenses

Here you can see which licenses are active, when they were activated and how the calibration and user check reminders are configured. To set calibration and check reminders, click Click to define

When a new license is added or has been freed, it will appear in the list with License available, click here to activate

To activate a free license, simply enter the license key in the ViewIQ software. Subscriptions will be automatically detected. 

Visit the License Management help section for information on freeing up an existing license for use on another workstation. 

Viewing Calibration Results #

Calibration history across all workstations can be viewed under Calibration Results. This only includes uploaded results.


Reviewing User Checks #

User visual checks history can be seen under User Check Data
